Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Assist with product-related questions, technical troubleshooting, and order management.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and personalized support.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Dutch (C2 level).
- Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates are welcome
- Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
