Overview

Role: Customer Service Representative . You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in Dutch . No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Dutch
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions according to internal procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams when needed
Requirements
  • Dutch C2 level (mandatory)
  • Good level of English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Availability to work in rotational shifts
