Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality frontline support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account issues.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints to enhance their overall experience.
- Accurately record all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain exceptional service standards and improve customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancements and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate and useful information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar support role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
