Are you a Dutch speaker looking to elevate your career while enjoying the flexibility of remote work? Mercier Consultancy MD is expanding its global team and we want you to join us as a Dutch Speaking Remote Customer Service Representative!

In this role, you'll provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients from anywhere in the world. You'll begin your journey with an intensive 3‑month training and trial program in Greece . This invaluable experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed, and after the program, you'll transition to fully remote work!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients across various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Master our client systems and processes during training
  • Stay connected with our global team while working remotely
  • Seize opportunities for professional growth and development within an international workplace

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) to effectively assist our clients
  • Outstanding communication and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Comfortable working in a digital environment and adapting to new tools
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic setting
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the training program
