What You'll Be Doing: Role & Responsibilities

As a Dutch-Speaking Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for our Dutch-speaking clientele, ensuring high-quality service for all tourist-related inquiries.

  • Multichannel Support: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Efficiently and professionally handle a wide range of tourist-related queries, which may include bookings, reservations, cancellations, general travel information about Greece, and troubleshooting platform issues.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive and empathetic customer experience, going the extra mile to resolve issues and provide accurate information.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in the company's internal system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with international colleagues and internal departments to escalate and resolve complex cases.

What We're Looking For: Requirements

  • Language Skills (Must-Have):

    • Dutch: Fluent/Native level (written and spoken).
    • English: Advanced level (C1 minimum, written and spoken).
  • Experience (Good to Have): Previous experience in a customer-facing role, call center, or the travel/tourism industry is a plus, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
    • A positive, empathetic, and customer-first attitude.
    • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Shifts: Rotative shifts, 5 days per week, covering hours between Monday and Sunday, 08:00 - 00:00 (Midnight).
  • Salary: €1,500 gross per month (Paid 14 times per year).

Eligibility and Relocation

  • Required Documents for Employment:

    • EU Citizenship (Passport or ID card).
    • Valid Residence Card providing Full Market Access in Greece.
