Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Technical Support Agent to work remotely from Greece, offering a competitive salary of 1722 Euro per month. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via telephone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Guide customers through solutions with clear and concise instructions.
- Accurately document customer issues and solutions within our support system.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with product changes and developments to continuously improve the support experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Prior experience in a technical support role is preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Proficient in using customer support tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
