Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Technical Support Agent to work remotely from Greece, offering a competitive salary of 1722 Euro per month. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Guide customers through solutions with clear and concise instructions.
  • Accurately document customer issues and solutions within our support system.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
  • Keep up-to-date with product changes and developments to continuously improve the support experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a technical support role is preferred.
  • Strong ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
  • Proficient in using customer support tools and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
