Become the technical expert who helps clients solve every problem!

Work on-site in Lisbon providing high-level technical support and collaborate with international teams to ensure the best customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients promptly.
  • Manage requests, bugs, and troubleshooting cases via phone and email.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams for reports and product improvements.

Train clients on product functionalities and technical tools.

Requirements

  • Native Dutch and fluent English (B2)
  • Previous experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
