Job Description

McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional Duty Care Manager on a fixed term contract to join their team at their prestigious development, Shackleton Place in Devizes. 

This is a ‘Retirement Living Plus’ development Constructed in by multi award-winning McCarthy and Stone. It provides a fantastic lifestyle living opportunity for the over 70’s.

Base salary: £14.02 per hour day rate and £11.44 sleeping night rate per hour plus additional pay (see below) 

Hours: 36 per week (includes day and night shifts) 

Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.

Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am

Our Duty Care Managers on fixed term contracts sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.
