As a Duty Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of our facility by ensuring all building systems are functioning optimally and addressing maintenance issues promptly.

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and staff maintenance requests, resolving issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance using computerized systems
• Implement and support preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
