We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily front office operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage operations smoothly during assigned shifts.
- Responsible for the sales, the organization and the quality of the services delivered to the guests for the Front Office department.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal guest service excellence
- Effective recruitment, selection and training for all positions within the dept.
- Communicates directly with Sales, Accounting, Housekeeping and Reservation and provides them with all relevant/ needed information.
- Ensuring the Telephone Centre is working properly at all times and minimizing the number of abandoned calls
