Your key responsibilities include:
+ Working with the management to ensure **the smooth operation of the hotel** at all times
+ Assumption of **Manager on Duty** services and tasks
+ Cross-departmental **project management** for renovations and process optimizations
+ **Main contact person** for our national and international guests in all matters of guest service and satisfaction
+ Participation in the **achievement of targets** in the areas of guest satisfaction as well as occupational safety and general hotel safety
+ Processing and forwarding of **complaints** and general information
+ **Safe action in emergency situations** and close cooperation with the security department
+ Administrative **management of the Manager on Duty program**
+ **Duty roster design** and vacation planning
+ Implementation of specialist **training** and further development of our employees
+ Adherence to and implementation of our **brand standards**
**Be able.**
+ Completed training in the hotel industry and first professional experience in the field of rooms or F&B.
+ You already have some leadership experience to demonstrate sensitivity in dealing with people as a team player.
+ You have a keen sense for the different needs of our diverse and demanding guests.
+ Fluent in German and English.
+ Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Opera is an advantage.
+ A competent and authoritative appearance.
+ You are in the mood for a new challenge in one of the largest airport hotels in Europe.
+ High level of initiative, enjoyment of the profession and independent way of working.
