DVA Engineer

At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a DVA Engineer to be based at our customer’s site in Gaydon.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·Conducting DVA Studies to be conducted using RDnT software package

·Utilise existing DVA vehicle models or generate new local models.

·Carry out DVA studies to confirm Local Alignment Measurement (LAM) tolerances for new vehicle lines.

·Carry out DVA exterior functionality and system development (Front/Side/Rear/Underbody Dimensional Systems).

·Be responsible for ensuring all inputs, processes and tolerances are understood, appropriate and modelled accurately within the DVA model; communicating with key stakeholders within Product Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams as required.
