DXP Development Developer (Senior) with skills DXP Dev, XML, HTML, AEM Development, JavaScript Development for location Bangalore, India

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with global cross-functional groups across time zones to implement new features and updates

across adobe.com websites and drive the priorities for the assigned product segment

• Actively participate in sprint planning and other squad meetings, and establish content and

publishing plans

• Closely work with US Production Lead in Jira story assignments and tracking, and coordinate the US

publishing work during the IST hours

• Collaborate with regional partners, in-country resources, etc., and ensure that regional perspectives

are taken into consideration while authoring the content

• Own the end-to-end life cycle of International workflow

• Coordinate the localization delivery process

• Collaborate with the Content QA team to drive QA priorities (US & Intl)

• Coordinate with the Engineering team to automate the production work

• Participate in the capacity planning exercise to ensure effective capacity utilization across BUs

Requirements:

• B.E./B. Tech/ MCA Degree, or equivalent work experience

• Around five years of online content production experience, including web publishing and version

control

• Should have the experience of leading multiple concurrent projects

• Good experience and knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript etc.)

• Self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently

• Ability to quickly comprehend dynamic enterprise workflows and process

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a geographically distributed team

• Good understanding of Adobe Experience Manager or any other Web Content Management System

• Knowledge of Adobe products and services would be an added advantage

• Previous experience in web development would be a plus

• Proficiency in a foreign language is an advantage
