- Manage end-to-end execution of DXP projects (fixed bid and time & material), ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Participate in RFP/RFQ processes, contribute to solutioning, and assist in deal closures for DXP platform projects.
- Collaborate with UX and business teams to align project deliverables with customer experience goals.
- Track gross margin, monitor budgets, and ensure profitability of projects.
