We at Coforge are looking for a DXP Project Manager with the following Skillset:

Key Responsibilities -

• Manage end-to-end execution of DXP projects (fixed bid and time & material), ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Participate in RFP/RFQ processes, contribute to solutioning, and assist in deal closures for DXP platform projects.
• Collaborate with UX and business teams to align project deliverables with customer experience goals.
• Track gross margin, monitor budgets, and ensure profitability of projects.
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Act as a Technical Project Manager, guiding teams on platform capabilities and integrations.
• Stay ahead of trends and drive AI adoption within DXP solutions to enhance personalization and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or similar DXP platforms.
• Exposure to mobility solutions and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in managing fixed-bid projects and offshore delivery models.
• Understanding of gross margin, cost control, and profitability metrics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and analytics in DXP.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

• 10+ years in IT or Digital Transformation projects.
• Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager handling enterprise-level projects.
