Our team in Chennai currently has an opening for a Dy. Manager / Manager - HR

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for handling the generalist HR activities and being the SPOC for all HR matters pertaining to Chennai office.
Responsible for leave management portal and leave calculations on monthly, annual and carry forward basis.
Responsible for centrally supporting the performance goal setting on Cornerstone portal for all employees with timely follow up and meeting timelines.
Responsible for centrally managing Exit interviews and attrition analysis.
Managing the Launchpad project with support from vendor and TA team.
Managing the Apprentice program centrally with support from vendor and location teams for operations.
Responsible for HR legal compliance as per statutory requirements across locations in support from location teams. Managing the central compliance calendar.
Coordinator for IMS related activities across location for HR function.
Maintain employee records and paperwork.
Address employee grievances and answer employee queries with company; including employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
Ensure timely preparation and sharing of periodical MIS reports with Reporting Manager.

YOUR PROFILE

Any Bachelor’s degree with post-graduation in Human ResourcesAny Bachelor’s degree with post-graduation in Human Resources
