🚀 Hiring: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect | Chennai & Hyderabad | Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design of enterprise‑scale Customer Service solutions using D365, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
📍 Location: Chennai / Hyderabad
🏢 Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week
What You’ll Do
- Architect end‑to‑end solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Design scalable Dataverse models, security, and governance
- Lead integrations with contact center platforms (Omnichannel, Genesys, LiveVox, Five9, etc.)
- Enable voice/chat/email channel integration & CTI capabilities
- Drive solutions using D365 Insights, analytics, and Power BI
- Lead integration patterns using Power Automate, Azure, GCP, API Mgmt
- Guide ALM, best practices, and mentor development teams
What We’re Looking For
- 10–14 yrs overall experience, with 5+ yrs in leadership
