- Overall 8+ years’ experience in implementing MS CRM applications, must have experience of 3+ end to end CRM implementations.
- Must have lead the design and development of Dynamics CRM modules and lead a project team.
- Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM.
- Hands‑on experience working with D365 Customer Service module.
- Extensive knowledge in architecting, designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong hands‑on experience with D365 CRM integrations (.net/c#/etc.).
- Must have hands‑on experience on Power Platform - power portal, power pages, power apps, power automate.
- Experience working with Azure services.
