We are seeking a highly organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The role involves greeting guests, handling inquiries, and providing information about services and local attractions.


The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in customer service, be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also be proactive problem solvers with excellent organizational skills.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Greeting guests warmly upon arrival
  • Managing the smooth flow of guest check-ins/check-outs
  • Maintaining accurate records of arrivals/departures/sales/payouts/daily reports or other documents required by management/management software/system/personnel etc.
