Dynamics 365 Advanced Warehouse Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Advanced Warehouse Specialist with deep functional expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM/WMS) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting complex warehouse operations within Dynamics 365, and should be comfortable working in high-volume, multi-warehouse supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM/WMS) processes in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
• Design and configure advanced warehouse setups , including:
• Wave templates and wave processing
• Work templates and work classes
• Location directives
• Mobile device menus and menu items
• Load templates, load building strategies, and shipment workflows
• Configure and support end-to-end warehouse processes , including:
• Inbound receiving and put-away
• Picking, packing, staging, and shipping
• Replenishment strategies (min/max, demand-based, wave-based)
• Inventory counting, cycle counting, and quality management
• Configure inventory control features , including batch management, serial tracking, license plating, and location control
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather warehouse and operations requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
• Support integrations with other ERP modules (Procurement, Production, Sales, Transportation) and third-party WMS or automation systems
• Perform system testing, support UAT cycles, and assist during cutover and post-go-live stabilization
• Troubleshoot warehouse execution issues and provide hands-on functional guidance to warehouse users and supervisors
• Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, process flows, and conduct end-user training sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in ERP-based warehouse management solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Advanced Warehouse Management
• Proven experience in configuring wave templates, work templates, mobile device workflows, and location directives
• Experience with Oracle or SAP warehouse modules will also be considered
• In-depth understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and engage with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Dairy or FMCG supply chains
• Exposure to cold-chain operations , batch-controlled inventory, and expiry-date management
• Experience with high-volume or large-scale warehouse implementations
• Prior involvement in warehouse automation or barcode/RF device-based operations
