The ideal candidate has led end-to-end implementations across Customer Insights, Customer Service, and Sales, with a proven ability to architect scalable, secure, and data-driven customer engagement solutions.

You will own the solution architecture, guide design decisions, and oversee technical delivery across complex multi-cloud environments.
