Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant - Senior

We are seeking an experienced Senior or Lead Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join a leading Microsoft Partner based in Perth. This is a key opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement transformations across Field Service and Project Operations.

The successful candidate will take ownership of solution delivery, drive functional design, and collaborate closely with clients to deliver impactful, scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CE, Field Service, and/or Project Operations implementations.
• Conduct detailed business analysis and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into effective functional and technical designs.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE to align with client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and solution optimisation.
• Oversee functional testing, manage UAT, and ensure smooth handover to clients.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ideally within a partner or consulting environment.
• Strong exposure to Field Service and/or Project Operations modules.
• Excellent business analysis and requirements documentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM configuration, workflows, business rules, and solution customisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage senior business users.
• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE, Field Service, or Project Operations are highly desirable.
