Job Description

  • Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CE to support business processes and solution components.
  • Manage Dataverse environments, including solutions, components, and environment‑level configurations.
  • Build and update Power Apps (tables, views, dashboards, forms) to meet user and functional needs.
  • Develop Power Automate flows ranging from simple notifications to complex automated processes.
  • Write SQL queries using TDS to support diagnostics, reporting, and data validation.
  • Use XRM Toolbox to improve administration, solution management, and development workflows.
  • Estimate, scope, and deliver work packages aligned to project milestones.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and provide consulting guidance.
  • Produce clear documentation for configurations, designs, and operational changes.
