We are looking for an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist with extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Field Services, Sales, and Marketing - optional). In this role, you will interact with clients during demos, analysis, configurations, training sessions, and support activities, ensuring clear communication with both customers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct demos, gather requirements, and provide analysis and configuration support for Dynamics 365 modules, especially in Customer Service and Field Services.
  • Assist in training sessions and deliver support to clients, ensuring they are comfortable with the platform.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for customers and internal teams.
