Job Description

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Functional Consultant to lead, enhance, and support our D365 CRM environment, including Sales Hub, Customer Service, and multiple model‑driven apps integrated with D365 F&O. The ideal candidate is hands‑on with CE configuration, Power Platform automation, security, data modeling, integrations, and user enablement. They will partner directly with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and IT leadership to drive adoption and process optimization across CRM.

  • Customize and manage Sales Hub (Leads, Opportunities, pipeline stages, forecasting, activities).
  • Configure Customer Service (Cases, Queues, SLAs, Entitlements, Knowledge, Routing).
