Job Description

We are seeking an experienced D365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant to join DXC's growing Microsoft Practice. You will be joining the successful Customer Success Practice, supporting valued DXC customers. This is a key role in supporting, optimising, and enhancing our customers Dynamics 365 CE environments, ensuring they continue to realise value long after go-live. This role will work across support, continuous improvement, and project delivery, combining strong functional understanding of D365 CE with hands-on configuration and technical troubleshooting. This is a customer facing role that suits someone who enjoys solving business challenges, improving system performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
