Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes related to sales, customer service, and marketing.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) based on business requirements.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other platforms.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to end users.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Participate in project planning, testing, and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
