Are you passionate about implementing CRM within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem? Join our team as a Business Analyst and contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to tackle our clients' business challenges.

Our CRM team manages Customer Relationship projects using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution, focused on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. The Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise. Our team is cohesive and supportive, led by a dynamic and motivated Manager. The team is cross-functional, comprising functional, technical, delivery-oriented, and pre-sales profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define test plans, scenarios, and test cases.

  • Hold or be in the process of obtaining MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications.

  • Define test plans and monitor the implementation of features.

  • Master project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V-Model) and apply them effectively.

  • Draft functional documentation and provide user training.

  • Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements and provide CRM implementation advice.

  • Ensure alignment between client needs and the deployed CRM solution.
