Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect for a minimum 6 month contract (likely extension) to assist our client with their current CRM integration/implementation.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM integrations and implementations
• Experience with CRM processes – Sales and Servicing
• Exposure to Loans Origination & Underwriting Processes
• Integration experience with platforms such as MuleSoft or Microsoft
• Data architecture and AI experience (an asset)
• Integration with communication systems – Telephony, IVR, Chat, SMS etc. (an asset)
• CRM implementation experience in the banking/financial services sector esp. in B2C channels
• Creating an architecture roadmap and an implementation plan that is aligned with the business priorities
• Working with the Enterprise Architecture team to drive key decisions
• Interacting with senior level executive leadership team (e.g. gathering information, presenting ideas and plans etc.)
• Certifications in MS Dynamics 365 (an asset)

Skills

• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and presenting solution ideas.
• Excellent communication skills are important – both written and verbal. Translating technical concepts into layman’s terms is an essential skill

This is a minimum 6 month contract with likely extension located in downtown Toronto (hybrid).
