Role Summary

We’re seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer with strong experience in the Customer Service module, advanced skills building Power Apps custom pages for model driven apps, and solid knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps. You will design, extend, and integrate D365 solutions end to end, driving high reliability, maintainability, and secure-by-default delivery across environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution design & build (Customer Service): Configure case management, queues/routing, SLAs/entitlements, knowledge management, email/Omnichannel hooks; design robust data models and business rules.

• Extensibility: Develop C# plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript/Form scripts, and PCF controls; implement Power Apps custom pages to streamline guided experiences in model driven apps.
