Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, solution architecture skills, and hands-on experience in customizing and integrating enterprise applications.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Develop custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and configure business rules, workflows, and process flows.
• Build plugins using C# and XRM SDK, and implement JavaScript-based client-side scripting.
• Customize ribbon and command bars, manage security roles and field-level security.
• Develop Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse schema.
• Create Power BI reports with DAX and integrate them with Dynamics 365.
• Design and customize Power Pages portals, including Liquid templates, authentication, and integration with Dataverse.
• Implement REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and custom connectors for system integration.
• Apply solution architecture best practices, manage ALM, and set up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability across environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT planning.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure quality delivery.
