Overview

We're seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead pre-sales and delivery across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior architect who enjoys shaping solutions, advising clients, and mentoring delivery teams across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solution Shaping

• Partner with sales teams to understand client needs and design tailored D365 CE solutions
• Lead discovery workshops, solution envisioning, and architecture design
• Develop and present solution architectures, demos, and proof-of-concepts
• Contribute to proposals, estimates, and statements of work
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
