About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform . You will define architecture, data models, and integrations while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Architect end-to-end solutions using D365 Customer Service and Dataverse , including model-driven apps, workflows, dashboards, and case management.
- Lead integration with contact center platforms (Omnichannel, Genesys, Five9, etc.), enabling voice, chat, email, and digital channels.
- Design secure data models, governance standards, and reporting frameworks with Power BI
