Job Description
We are seeking a talented Dynamics CRM Architect. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients using the Dynamics CRM platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Architect or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of the Dynamics CRM platform, including Dynamics 365 CE, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Field Service
- Strong understanding of CRM system architecture, customization, and integration
- Experience in designing and implementing complex CRM solutions
- Proficient in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-900, MB-200, MB-400) are preferred
