Dynamics Developer

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics Developer with expertise in C#, .NET, and Dynamics 365 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data structures and system architecture, along with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET frameworks .
• Work on Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration , including entity customizations, security model, and form configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Implement and manage data structures , including relationships, queries, and optimizations for performance efficiency.
• Develop and deploy Power Automate (Flow), PowerApps, and Power BI solutions as needed.
• Work with Azure services for integrations, data management, and cloud-based solutions.
• Maintain and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of the Dynamics 365 environment .
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications and integrations .
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform updates and best practices .

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 to 12 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and customization.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), Finance & Operations (F&O), or both .
• Experience in developing and managing data structures , queries, and optimizations.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI) .
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and services using APIs and middleware.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, Dataverse, and SQL Server .
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for Dynamics 365 deployments.
• Experience with SSRS, FetchXML, and custom reporting .
• Prior experience working with enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations .
