Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Lead Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Business Central Lead Developer to take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery and help drive the growth of an ERP Partner that has been around for 15 years however they have just started to get into Dynamics, so now would be a great time to grow with them on the MS side of the business.

What you’ll do

• Lead full lifecycle BC implementations: design, build, test, deploy, optimise
• Develop high-quality AL extensions (per-tenant & AppSource-ready)
• Build and maintain BC, Power Platform & Dataverse integrations
• Own DevOps & CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub
• Apply best practices around performance, upgradeability & security
• Leverage Copilot / AI agents to enhance delivery and productivity
