We are currently seeking a Dynamics ERP Support Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

  • Provide expert-level technical support for Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (D365 Finance & Operations, AX) across various modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, integration failures, system errors, and functional discrepancies.
  • Implement and support user-driven customizations, including reports, workflows, and data transformations.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the Dynamics ERP system to ensure high availability, minimal downtime, and fast response times.
  • Analyze system logs and performance metrics, and implement improvements to address issues related to system speed and scalability.
