Job Description
Role Overview:
The Level 2 Dynatrace Engineer will focus on configuration, tuning, and administration of Dynatrace Managed for enterprise-scale applications. You will ensure the observability landscape is accurate, optimized, and actionable, manage One Agents, Active Gates, dashboards, and integrations, and act as a bridge between L1 monitoring operations and L3/platform teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dynatrace Managed Administration and configuration
• Configure and maintain dashboards, tagging, synthetic monitors, and business transactions
• Define, tune, and optimize problem detection rules, thresholds, and event correlation to reduce noise and improve actionable alerts
• Implement custom metrics, health checks, and ensure full application and infrastructure coverage
• Perform One Agent upgrades and Cluster Node upgrades
• Onboard One Agent for Open Shift & Kubernetes workloads based on monitoring requirements
