Position Description:

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring for a banking/financial services environment. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of critical banking applications while meeting strict security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environments for banking applications
Install, configure, and upgrade OneAgent across servers, containers, and cloud platforms
Monitor application performance, infrastructure, and user experience (APM, Infra, RUM)
Configure dashboards, alerts, management zones, and tagging strategies
Perform root cause analysis using Davis AI and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues
