Job Location: Hyderabad
Experience required: 4-6 yrs
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Dynatrace APM, Infrastructure, Logs, RUM, and Synthetic Monitoring for cloud and on‑prem environments
- Onboard and maintain monitoring for applications, servers, containers, and cloud services using observability best practices
- Configure Dynatrace–ServiceNow integrations for:
- Event and alert forwarding
- Incident, problem, and change enablement
- CMDB population and relationship mapping
- Fine-tune alerting rules, anomaly detection, and tagging to reduce noise and improve actionability
- Create and maintain dashboards for operations, SRE, and business stakeholders
- Support root cause analysis using Dynatrace Davis AI and observability data (metrics, logs, traces, events)
