TCS present an excellent opportunity for Observability Engineer (Dynatrace)

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience required: 4-6 yrs


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Dynatrace APM, Infrastructure, Logs, RUM, and Synthetic Monitoring for cloud and on‑prem environments
  • Onboard and maintain monitoring for applications, servers, containers, and cloud services using observability best practices
  • Configure Dynatrace–ServiceNow integrations for:
  • Event and alert forwarding
  • Incident, problem, and change enablement
  • CMDB population and relationship mapping
  • Fine-tune alerting rules, anomaly detection, and tagging to reduce noise and improve actionability
  • Create and maintain dashboards for operations, SRE, and business stakeholders
  • Support root cause analysis using Dynatrace Davis AI and observability data (metrics, logs, traces, events)
