  • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performance tuning of Dynatrace application and finding automation methods
  • Configuring the Collectors ,Web agents, Host agents
  • Train users on best practices and Dynatrace features to proactively monitor performance in their environment as well as use the product to identify bottlenecks as needed
  • Function as a front-line technical resource for 'best practice' and informal questions
  • Design and develop innovative solutions to integrate Dynatrace in customer environment and make it a part of their day-to-day operations
  • Ensure and document full deployment of Dynatrace product in customer environment
  • Help document best practices in developing and deploying Dynatrace in customer environment.
  • Manage competing requests across simultaneous engagements
  • Have the ability to manage team and a setup of 450+ JVMS’s
  • Generate and analyze thread Dump
  • Providing performance tuning suggestion to application team on basis of reports
  • Working on Methods with offshore team in order to configure the dashboard
  • Taking transaction count per hour as per application
  • Host and process health Analysis
  • Dynatrace Database Health Analysis.
  • Interface proactively with other Infrastructure support teams such as UNIX, Windows, Network, Storage, etc.
  • Document issues and associated resolutions to problems
  • Prepare documentation and presentation of progress reports to customers
  • Conduct user’s, customer’s and Team’s training
  • Guide/Mentor the team members on technical problems which cannot be resolved at their level
  • Ensure that Systems, Organization processes, & Unit practices adhere to Organization policies
  • Active participation in Organization and Unit level initiatives
