The Dynatrace Tech Lead is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynatrace platform for application and infrastructure monitoring. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the technical capabilities align with the product vision, customer needs, and market trends.

• Coordinate the team of monitoring officers to design, develop, and implement projects and improvements, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Understand stakeholders’ requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and improve the platform’s performance, monitor usage, and assess potential risks.
• Contribute to the technical readiness of the Monitoring team, sharing knowledge and identifying areas for collective improvement.
