DYNATRACE Tech Lead

The
Dynatrace Tech Lead
is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynatrace platform for application and infrastructure monitoring.

This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the technical capabilities align with the product vision, customer needs, and market trends.

The Tech Lead coordinates the team of monitoring officers to design, develop, and implement projects and improvements, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and easily maintainable.

You understands stakeholders' requirements and translates them into technical solutions. You also identifies opportunities to optimize and improve the platform's performance, monitors usage, and identifies potential areas of risk.

The Tech Lead contributes to the technical readiness of the Monitoring team, sharing his knowledge and identifying rooms for collective improvement.
