DZ/AZ Snowplow Operator

We have a great opportunity for AZ/DZ drivers looking to join a reliable winter operations team in the Thunder Bay (Blake, Spruce, Nipigon) and Greenstone (Geraldton, Longlac, Beardmore) regions of Northern Ontario.What We Offer:

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Competitive hourly rate: $29.07/hr

Night shift premium & AZ designation bonus

End-of-season bonus

Meal allowance for live-in operators

Overtime opportunities during storms (up to 60–70 hours/week mid-winter)

12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights)

Qualifications:

Valid AZ or DZ license

Experience operating snowplows or heavy equipment preferred

Ability to work in extreme winter weather and extended hours during snow events

Perform daily commercial vehicle inspections and complete safety checks; report defects as required

Comply with Ministry of Transportation hours-of-service regulations
