As an e-Banking Advisor your responsibilities are:
- Provide expert support to clients on various e-banking services and platforms
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to online banking
- Guide clients through the process of accessing and managing their accounts online
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering clear and accurate information
- Identify opportunities to improve the user experience on e-banking platforms
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up when necessary
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the financial services industry
A successful e-Banking Advisor should have:
- A Bachelor or Master degree in any field
- Very good command of French and Dutch. English is a plus
