Job Description

As an e-Banking Advisor your responsibilities are:


  • Provide expert support to clients on various e-banking services and platforms

  • Assist customers in resolving issues related to online banking

  • Guide clients through the process of accessing and managing their accounts online

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering clear and accurate information

  • Identify opportunities to improve the user experience on e-banking platforms

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up when necessary

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the financial services industry


A successful e-Banking Advisor should have:


  • A Bachelor or Master degree in any field

  • Very good command of French and Dutch. English is a plus

  • Experience or interest in the financial services industry
