E-Commerce Account Manager

Overview

RemoteVA is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Account Manager to support the daily operations of our growing e-commerce business. If you have a sharp eye for data accuracy, enjoy solving problems, and are experienced with online marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart—this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor products and check for new listings across platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
• Run and analyze replenishment reports to avoid stockouts
• Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items
• Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate
• Respond to customer service messages in a timely and professional manner
• Manage product listings across multiple platforms: eBay, Walmart, FBM, and more
• Track stock levels and flag inventory issues proactively
