E-commerce Accountant

Overview

We’re looking for a part-time E-Commerce Staff Accountant with strong experience in online retail and inventory-based accounting. This role will help manage our accounting operations across Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale channels ensuring accuracy, consistency, and insight as we continue to grow.

We’re seeking a tech-savvy staff accountant with experience syncing data between Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and QuickBooks Online. You’ll ensure that revenue, inventory, and cost data stay perfectly aligned across systems and that financial reporting reflects real-time sales activity from multiple platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and journal entries.
