Qualifications

  • Must be skilled in Canva (compulsory requirement).
  • Minimum education: SPM pass with at least Credit (C) in Malay and English.
  • Proficient in Malay, English, and Mandarin (spoken & written).
  • Male or female, both are welcome.
  • We warmly welcome candidates with experience in e-commerce. Applicants should be able to take photos and videos.
  • Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create attractive product images for online store.
  • Operate and manage multiple online stores using software.
  • Monitor and manage stock inventory, including stock counting and replenishment.
  • Handle online store return & refund cases and customer service (online inquiries, orders & after-sales support).
