E-Commerce Assistant Manager

Overview Support the E-Commerce Manager in effectively managing the personal shopping and delivery driver team for quality, productivity, profitability and efficiency. Will help plan, organize, coordinate and schedule multiple online orders to be completed within a given time frame while providing our customer the best product we have to offer and outstanding customer service. The Assistant E-Commerce Manager must be an effective communicator who can lead, coach, direct and teach others. The Assistant E-Commerce Manager will function as the department manager in his/her absence. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent. Complete training in the E-Commerce department. Ability to display initiative and work with limited supervision. Must possess the ability to handle multiple orders within a given time frame.
